When high-net-worth individuals invest, they allow innovative startups—often founded by women, POC, and other underrepresented groups—to grow and prosper. 

Asian, Black, and Latinx female CEOs account for a higher proportion of all female CEOs than their male counterparts of male CEOs.

Women help women, whether it’s a women-led VC firm investing in female founders and emerging managers, or diverse founders creating new ways for women- and BIPOC-led companies to build the social capital they need to attract funding.
