Jason Yormark, Senior VP of Marketing and Social Media, Show Pony

Jason Yormark is Senior VP of Marketing and Social Media at ShowPony. He leverages his extensive community building, digital marketing, and social media experience to create and drive the execution of compelling social media initiatives for ShowPony clients.
Previously, Jason spent 5 years at Microsoft, building marketing and social media programs for Microsoft Advertising, Mac Office, and Microsoft Office. Prior to that, Jason directed a full-service firm providing Web design, marketing, and PR solutions. Throughout his career, Jason has developed search marketing campaigns, both SEM and SEO, for hundreds of businesses. He’s contributed to international business projects, including contributing to the launch of European operations for the Microsoft SMB Advertising Services Group.
At ShowPony, Jason oversees the creative and marketing teams to build strategies for clients that incorporate cutting-edge social media solutions, online marketing tactics and world class design. Jason is also an active blogger at, and was recently named #30 on Forbes 2012 Social Media Power Influencers List.
In his rare unplugged time, Jason plays amateur baseball for the Puget Sound Islanders, coaches little league and loves all things Mac.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Communications with a Minor in English at Illinois State University. He completed his Masters in Education from the University of Phoenix.
